Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Wanted to buy several pairs for various boots and sneakers and I wanted to select shoe trees of a certain look. I made a trip down to the collection office, and the patient staff spent close to an hour pulling out different pairs to look at. Ended up buying 10 pairs and the wood is definitely of fine quality.

Quality & aroma is good however the size is too big I received my 02 pairs of shoetrees & am relatively impressed with the aroma & quality however ther size is a little big.Need to change the items.If the customer service is good & the exchange goes well, I will contemplate getting additional pairs.
