The terms below only apply to Free Economy Shipping. If you qualify for Free Standard Shipping (>RM500), your order is tracked.

Limited Tracking

The meaningful tracking information available via Free Economy Shipping is limited to 1) parcel pickup 2) arrival in your country.

Liability for Parcels

As Free Economy Shipping is does not provide a final delivery status, we regret that ShoeTree Project cannot be liable for lost parcels nor shipping delays via Free Economy Shipping as its whereabouts and delivery status cannot be verified.
Furthermore, ShoeTree Project is not obliged to undertake additional costs of manufacturing or providing additional tracking information in lieu (such as, but not limited to, dispatch proof) outside of that provided by our shipping partners.

How do I know if my order has been dispatched?

The pickup progress of your parcel is recorded by our independent shipping partners, and can be accessed with your tracking number, so do rest assured :)
